MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Investment Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th November, 1992 S.O. 821 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No. S.O. 147(E) published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) Part II Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated 21st February, 1992, namely :- In the said notification at serial number 2 for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- 2.
