HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 3rd June, 2019 No.62/GST-2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 5 read with sub-section (99) of section 2 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, hereby authorizes the officers specified in column 2 of the table below to exercise the powers of the Revisional Authority as specified in section 108 of the said Act in the areas mentioned in column 3 there against, namely:- Table Serial Number Designation of the officer Area of Jurisdiction 1 2 3 1 Commissioner of State tax Throughout the State of Haryana 2 Additional Commissioner of State Tax Throughout the State of Haryana 3 Joint Commissioner of State Tax posted at the Head Office Throughout the State of Haryana 4 Joint Commissioner of State Tax posted in the Range Districts falling in the Range 5 Deputy Commissioner of State Tax posted at the Head Office Throughout the State of Haryana 6 Deputy Commissioner of State Tax posted in the Range Districts falling in the Range 7 Deputy Commissioner of State Tax Incharge of the District or Excise or Inspection.
