Central Board of Direct Taxes specifics the following shares and debentures - S.O. 6(E) - Income Tax

O. 971 ( E ) DATED 13-11-1998 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th January, 1998 (INCOME TAX) S.O. 6 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 54 EA of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby specifics the following shares and debentures as the specified securities for the purpose of the said section, namely :- (i) debentures to be issued within a period of one year from the date of publication of this notification by M/s. Koshika Telecom Limited not exceeding ₹ 102 crores transferable or convertible after three years; (ii) bonds to bo issued within a period of one year from the date of publication of this notification by M/s.
