Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya , Mahanadi Bhawan, Atal Nagar, the 11 th July 2019 NOTIFICATION No. 25/2019-State Tax No. F-10- 26/2019/CT/V(64).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the State Government, in the Commercial Tax Department, Notification No. 22/2019-State Tax, No. F-10-19/2019/CT/V(47), dated the 23 rd April, 2019, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 131, dated the 24 th April, 2019, namely :- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 21 st day of June, 2019 the figures, letters and words 21 st day of August, 2019 shall be substituted. 2.
