Seeks to bring rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the WBGST (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 - 42/2019-State Tax - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 42/2019-State Tax No. 1692-F.T. Dated, Howrah, the 30th day of September, 2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint the 24th day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 [notification No. 1090 F.T., dated the 28th June, 2019, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part I, dated the 28th June, 2019], shall come into force. 2.
