Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar, District-Raipur Notification No. 24/2019 - State Tax (Rate) Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar, dated : 30.09.2019 No. F-10-39/2019/CT/V(95) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the State Government, in the Commercial Tax Department, Notification No. 07/2019-State Tax (Rate), No. F-10-17/2019/CT/V(40), dated the 29th March, 2019 published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 116, dated the 4 th April, 2019, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 2, for the entry in column (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely : - Cement falling in chapter heading 2523 in the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975). . 2.
