Act-1-2017-Order-(68)-2019, dated 20 November, 2019: NOTIFICATION KA.NI-2-1529/XI-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(68)-2019 Lucknow : Dated : 20 November, 2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. KA.NI-2-810/XI-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(38)-2019 dated the 28th May, 2019 namely:- Amendment In the said notification, in the Annexure, after Sl. No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: - 2A 2202 10 10 Aerated Water . 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1 st October, 2019.
