Amendment in Notification No. F-A-3-19-2019-I-V(41), dated the 17th May, 2019 - F A 3-19/2019/1/V(82) - Madhya Pradesh SGST

Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 22nd November 2019 No. F A 3-19/2019/1/V(82) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification No F-A-3-19-2019-I-V(41), dated the 17 th May, 2019, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 2, for the entry in column (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely: - Cement falling in chapter heading 2523 in the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975). . 2.
