REVENUE (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.MS.No. 27 Dated: 06-02-2020 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government of Andhra Pradesh on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby make the following further amendment to the notification issued in the G.O.Ms.No. 301, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department, Dated 16.5.2019, and subsequently amended from time to time, namely: AMENDMENT In the said notification, in paragraph 2, after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: Provided further that the due date for furnishing the statement containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in said FORM GST CMP-08 , for the quarter July, 2019 to September, 2019, or part thereof, shall be the 22ndday of October, 2019. . 2.
