This notification rescinds notification nos. 334/76, 6/81 and 135/92 of customs. 17 th October, 2000 Notification - No.134 /2000-Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, namely:- 1. notification No. 334/ 76- Customs dated 2 nd August, 1976; 2. notification No. 6/ 81- Customs dated 6 th January, 1981; 3.notification No. 135/ 92- Customs dated 1 st March, 1992.
