GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 5th May, 2020 S.R.O. No. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017) read with clause (c) of rule 8 and rule 24 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), made in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 22611-FIN-CT1-TAX-0043/2017/FIN, dated the 29th June, 2019, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1132 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 29th June, 2019 bearing S.R.O.No.223/2019, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, do hereby appoint the 21 st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the said provisions of the said rules, shall be deemed to have come into force.
