Notification to give effect to the provisions of Rule 67A for furnishing a nil return in FORM GSTR-3B by SMS under the HGST Act, 2017 - 50/GST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 23rd June, 2020 No. 50/GST-2. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, hereby appoints the 8th day of June, 2020, as the date from which the provisions of rule 67A of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 as inserted vide the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Sixth Amendment) Rules, 2020 notified vide Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.47/GST-2, dated the 27th May, 2020, shall come into force.
