Amendment in Notification No.46 2020-ST to further extend period to pass order under Section 54(7) of GGST Act - 56/2020-State Tax - Gujarat SGST

Notification No. 56/2020-State Tax No.(GHN-59)GST-2020/S.168A(5)TH:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj.25 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Gujarat, Finance Department No. (GHN-50)GST2020/S.168A(3)-TH dated the 12th June, 2020, Notification No.46/2020-State Tax, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph,-- (i) for the words, figures and letters 29th day of June, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 30th day of August, 2020 shall be substituted; (ii) for the words, figures and letters 30th day of June, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 31st day of August, 2020 shall be substituted.
