This Notification fixes the rate of duty on edible oils, refined vegetable oils etc. 21st November, 2000 Notification No.143/2000-Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 18/2000-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2000, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, after serial No.3 and the entries relating thereto, following serial No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) 3A. 15 Crude Vegetable oil of edible grade falling under heading Nos. 15.07, 15.08, 15.09, 15.10, 15.11, 15.12, 15.13, 15.14 or 15.15 Nil (PRASHANT KUMAR SINHA) UNDER SECRETARY TO THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA F.No.354/75/2000-TRU Note :- The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide notification No. 18/2000-Customs, dated the 1 st March, 2000 [G.S.R. 170(E), dated the 1 st March, 2000] and was last amended by notification no. 112/2000-Customs, dated the 29th August, 2000 [G.S.R. 687(E), dated the 29th August, 2000].
