GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 4th February, 2020. No. ERTS (T) 18/2018/51. - In supersession of Notification No. ERTS(T)65/2017/Pt/296, dated 31st May, 2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 99 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Government of Meghalaya is pleased to re-constitute the Meghalaya Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling (MAAAR) with the following as members :- i) Shri G. V. Krishna Rao, Chief Commissioner, CGST, Central Excise Customs Guwahati Zone and ii) Shri Arunkumar Kembhavi, IAS, Commissioner of State Tax, Meghalaya. S. A.
