GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Revenue Control Division Notification 38/1/2017-Fin (R C)(168)/520 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Goa Act 1 of 2020), the Government of Goa hereby appoints the 1st day of September, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 10 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (1 of 2020), shall be deemed to have come into force.
