Extension of due date of return u/s 44 till 31.10.2020 - F.1-11(19)-TAX/GST/2020(Part-V) - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) NO.F.1-11(19)-TAX/GST/2020(Part-V) Dated, Agartala, the 6th November, 2020. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of section 44 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 201 7 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), read with rule 80 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of Tripura in the Finance Department, No. F.1-11 (91)-TAX/GST/2020, dated the 6th July, 2020, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 1529, dated the 6 th July, 2020, namely:- in the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 30th September, 2020 , the figures, letters and words 31 st October, 2020 shall be substituted.
