Amendment in Notification (07/2020) No. FD 03 CSL 2020(e), dated the 27th March, 2020 - (46/2020)-FD 03 CSL 2020 - Karnataka SGST

GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA No.FD 03 CSL 2020 Karnataka Government Secretariat, Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru, dated: 19/11/2020. NOTIFICATION (46/2020) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Government of Karnataka Notification (07/2020) No. FD 03 CSL 2020(e), dated the 27 th March, 2020, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Volume 155, Issue 15, Part IVA, vide No.1225, dated 9th April, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of January, 2021, for the words five hundred crore rupees , the words one hundred crore rupees shall be substituted.
