Seeks to rescind notification No. 30/2015-Customs (ADD), dated 12th June 2015 to revoke the levy of ADD on imports of "Nylon Tyre Cord Fabric " originating in or exported from China PR - 45/2020 - Anti Dumping Duty

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 45/2020-Customs (ADD) New Delhi, the 3rd of December, 2020 G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) , the Central Government revokes the anti-dumping duty imposed on Nylon Tyre Cord Fabric (NTCF) , falling under chapter 59 of the First Schedule to the said Act , originating in or exported from People s Republic of China, and imported into India and hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 30/2015-Customs (ADD) dated the 12th June, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 489 (E), dated the 12th June, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
