(Ms) No. 169 Dated: 16.11.2020 Karthigai 1 Thiruvalluvar Aandu, 2051 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 10 of 2020), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 10th day of November, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 10 of 2020), shall come into force. 2.
