GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT TGST Notification No. 14/2020 CCT s Ref No. A(1)/103/2017, Dt. 20-11-2020 Ref:- Notification No. 1 0/2020 State Tax, Dt. 07-11-2020 . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (23 of 2017), read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner of State Tax, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations on the Council, hereby rescinds the Notification No. 10/2020-State Tax, dt. 07-11-2020, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
