Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya Kar Anubhag -2 In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.-03/XI-2-21-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(171)-2021 dated January 20, 2021. NOTIFICATION No. 03/XI-2-21-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(171)-2021 Lucknow: Dated: January 20, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017), read with section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act. No. 13 of 2017), and section 21 of the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act. No. 14 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No. 445/XI-2-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(118)-2020 dated 11 May, 2020 namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, in the proviso to clause (i), (i) for the words, figures and letters 29th day of November, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 30th day of March, 2021 shall be substituted. (ii) for the words, figures and letters 30th day of November, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 31st day of March, 2021 shall be substituted 2.
