Amendment in Notification No. 61/94-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated the 21st November, 1994 - 24/2021 - Customs - Non Tariff

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL BOARD OF INDIRECT TAXES AND CUSTOMS) NOTIFICATION NO. 24/2021-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, the 18th February, 2021 G.S.R. 118(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 61/94-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated the 21st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994 , namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, (a) after serial number 6, and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:- Sl. No. State/ Union Territory Airport Purpose (1) (2) (3) (4) 6A. Haryana Ambala (a) Unloading of (i) baggage of defence personnel; (ii) imported goods related to Ministry of Defence. (b) Loading of - (i) baggage of defence personnel; (ii) export goods related to Ministry of Defence. ; (b) against serial number 13, in column (3), after item (b) and the entries relating thereto and in columns (4), the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely :- Sl. No. State/ Union Territory Airport Purpose (1) (2) (3) (4) (c) Pathankot (a) Unloading of (i) baggage of defence personnel; (ii) imported goods related to Ministry of Defence. (b) Loading of - (i) baggage of defence personnel; (ii) export goods related to Ministry of Defence. ; (c) against serial number 16, in columns (3), after item (e) and the entries relating thereto and in columns (4), the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:- Sl. No. State/ Union Territory Airport Purpose (1) (2) (3) (4) (f) Hindon (c) Unloading of (i) baggage of defence personnel; (ii) imported goods related to Ministry of Defence.
