GOVERNMENT OF NAGALAND FINANCE DEPARTMENT (REVENUE BRANCH) F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08 (Pt-1) (Vol II)/29 Dated: 22nd December 2020 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (Ordinance No. 8 of 2020) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the State Government hereby appoints the 18 day of May 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 11 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force. 2.
