GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 22nd March, 2021 No. ERTS(T) 73/2017/249. - In accordance with the provision of Section 58 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 read with sub-rule (4) of Rule 97 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Meghalaya is pleased to constitute the Standing Committee for the Consumer Welfare Fund of Meghalaya consisting of the following members:- Chairperson - Commissioner Secretary, ERTS Department. Vice Chairman - Commissioner of Taxes, Meghalaya, Shillong. Member Secretary - Additional/Joint Commissioner of Taxes. Member - Any other member as decided by the Government of Meghalaya from time to time. S. A.
