Amendment in Notification No. 89/2020-State Tax, dated the 23rd December, 2020 - 6/2021-State Tax - Himachal Pradesh SGST

EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 6/2021-State Tax Shimla-2, the 28th April, 2021 No. EXN-F(10)-4/2021. -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh No. 89/2020-State Tax, dated the 23 rd December, 2020, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXN-F(10)-17/2020, dated the 23rd December, 2020, namely:- In the said notification,- (i) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 31st day of March , the figures, letters and words 30th day of June , shall be substituted; (ii) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 01st day of April , the figures, letters and words 1st day of July , shall be substituted.
