Seeks to amend various anti-dumping duty notifications to align with HSN 2022 w.e.f. 1.1.2022 - 78/2021 - Anti Dumping Duty

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION NO. 78/2021-Customs (ADD) New Delhi, the 29th December, 2021 G.S.R. 909(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51 of 1975) , read with rules 13 , 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 , the Central Government, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely: - TABLE Sl.No. Notification number and Date Amendments (1) (2) (3) 1. Notification No. 30/2016 -Customs (ADD) dated the 11 th July, 2016 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 675(E), dated the 11 th July, 2016. in the said notification, for the figures 2903 39 19 , wherever it occurs, the figures 2903 45 00 shall be substituted . 2. Notification No. 13/2017-Customs(ADD) dated the 11th April, 2017 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 344(E), dated the 11th April, 2017. in the said notification, for the figures 3907 20 , wherever it occurs, the figures 3907 29 shall be substituted . 3. Notification No. 57/2018 -Customs (ADD) dated the 13 th December, 2018 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 1203 (E), dated the13 th December, 2018. in the said notification, for the figures 3824 90 90 wherever it occurs, shall be omitted. 4. Notification No. 14/2020 -Customs (ADD) dated the 9 th June, 2020 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 364 (E), dated the 9 th June, 2020. in the said notification, for the figures 3907 20 , wherever it occurs, the figures 3907 29 shall be substituted. 5. Notification No. 14/2021 -Customs (ADD) dated the 18 th March, 2021 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 199 (E), dated the 18 th March, 2021. in the said notification, (i) for the words tariff items or tariff item , wherever it occurs, the word heading shall be substituted; (ii) for the figures 7019 90 10, 7019 90 90, 7019 19 00, 7019 39 00, 7019 59 00 , wherever it occurs, the figures 7019 shall be substituted. 6. Notification No . 20/2021 -Customs (ADD) dated the 5 th April, 2021 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 251 (E), dated the 5 th April, 2021. in the said notification, for the figures 3907 20 or 3907.20 , wherever it occurs, the figures 3907 29 shall be substituted; 7. Notification No. 76/2021 -Customs (ADD) dated the 22 nd December, 2021 published in Official Gazette vide G.S.R. 876(E) dated 22 nd December, 2021. in the said notification,- (i) for the words tariff item , wherever it occurs, the word heading shall be substituted; (ii) for the figure 3824 78 00 , wherever it occurs, the figure 3827 shall be substituted. 2.
