GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT (G.O. Ms. No. 42, Puducherry, dated 31st December 2021) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2022 as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3, 7 to 12 and 14 to 16 of the said Act shall come into force.
