Seeks to bring in force section 56 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 - S.O. 148 (E) - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 11th January, 2022 S.O. 148 (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 (29 of 2020) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st July, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of section 56 of the said Act shall come into force.
