(E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) , as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 , the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in Chapter 05 of the Schedule 2 of the ITC (HS) Export Policy related to export of human hair: S.No ITC HS Codes Description Present Policy Revised Policy 38B 0501 Human hair, unworked, whether or not washed or scoured; waste of human hair: Free Restricted 2. Effect of this Notification: The export policy of human hair, unworked, whether or not washed or scoured; waste of human hair or any other form of raw human hair under ITC (HS) Code 0501 has been put under restricted category, with immediate effect.
