Notifies the Montgomery Guru Nanak Educational Trust, Jalandhar u/s 10(23C)(vi) NOTIFICATION NO. 11252 DATED 23-2-2000 In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-clause ( vi ) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the "Montgomery Guru Nanak Educational Trust, Jalandhar" for the purpose of the said sub-clause for the assessment years 1999-2000 to 2001-2002 : Provided that the trust conforms to and complies with the provisions of sub-clause ( vi ) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, read with rule 2CA of the Income-tax Rules, 1962. The assessee will regularly file its return of income before the Income-tax authority in accordance with the provision of Income-tax Act, 1961. [F. No. 197/9/2000-ITA.I]
