FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 30th December, 2020 S.R.O.No.282/2020 .─ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act., 2020 (Odisha Act. 5 of 2020), the State Government do hereby appoint dated the 1st day of January, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 14 of the said Act. shall come into force.
