Seeks to amend Notification No. II(2)/CTR/212(g-4)/2019 dated 7th March, 2019 - G.O. Ms. No. 124 - Tamil Nadu SGST

COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT [ G.O. Ms. No. 124, Commercial Taxes and Registration (B1), 22nd July 2022, Aadi 6, Subakiruthu, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2053 .] No. II(2)/CTR/609(b-11)/2022. In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments to the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No. II(2)/CTR/212(g-4)/2019, published at pages 4-5 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated 7th March, 2019, namely:- Amendment In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2.
