GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 28th September, 2022. No. ERTS(T) 65/2017/Pt. III/299. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act 10 of 2017), the Government of Meghalaya, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations on the Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of Meghalaya, Excise, Registration, Taxation and Stamps Department, No.20/2018-State Tax issued vide notification No.ERTS (T) 79/2017/562, dated 28th March, 2018, with effect from the 1st day of October, 2022.
