MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th March, 2023 S.O. 1242(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 435 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) , the Central Government with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of Jharkhand, hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide number S.O. 2099 (E), dated the 5th May, 2022 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:- In the said notification, for the words Additional Judicial Commissioner , the words and figures Additional Judicial Commissioner-III shall be substituted.
