Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue New Delhi, the 1st July, 2005 Asadha 10, 1927 (SAKA) NOTIFICATION G.S.R. No. 436(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of July, 2005, as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
