Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 31 st July 2023 No. CT-8-0001-2023-Sec-1-V-(CT)(29). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 148 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act: 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this department's notification No. CT-8-0001-2023-Sec-1-V(CT) (08), dated 21 st April, 2023, namely: In the said notification, for the words, letter and figure 30 th day of June, 2023 the words, letter and figure 31 st day of August, 2023 shall be substituted. 2.
