Seeks to amend Notification No. F.12(11)FD/Tax/2023-31 dated 16th August, 2023 - F.12(11)FD/Tax/2023-48 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: September 29, 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 9 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification No. F. 12(11)FD/Tax/2023-31 dated the 16th August, 2023, namely:- In the said notification, after the words hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed the words and figures with effect from 1st day of January 2024 shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 16 th August, 2023.
