Amendment in Notification G.O. Ms. No. 4, dated 19th May, 2023 - G.O. Ms. No. 14 - Puducherry SGST

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT (G.O. Ms. No. 14, Puducherry, dated 04th August 2023) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further Amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of Puducherry, issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 4, dated 19th May, 2023 published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, No. 58, dated 19th May, 2023, namely:- In the said notification, for the words, letters and figures 30th day of June, 2023 the words, letters and figures 31st day of August, 2023 shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30th day of June, 2023. (By order of the Lieutenant-Governor) L.
