No.J.21011/7/2022-TAX GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 28/2023-State Tax Aizawl, the 30th October, 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023 (7 of 2023), the Governor of Mizoram hereby appoints, - (a) the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 24 (except sections 14 to 19) of the said Act shall come into force; (b) the 1st day of August, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 14 to 19 of the said Act shall come into force.
