Amendment in Notification No. (GHN-31) GST-2017/S.9(1)(1)- TH dated the 30th June, 2017 - 01/2024-State Tax (Rate) - Gujarat SGST

FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 01/2024-State Tax (Rate) Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 4th January, 2024 GUJARAT GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 No. (GHN-4)GST-2024/S.9(1)(58)GST Cell:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj.25 of 2017), the Government of Gujarat, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Gujarat, Finance Department No. (GHN-31) GST-2017/S.9(1)(1)- TH dated the 30th June, 2017 being Notification No. 1/2017-State Tax (Rate), namely:- In the said notification, in Schedule I 2.5%, - (i) against S. No. 165, in column (2), for the entry, the entry 2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10 shall be substituted; (ii) against S.
