Amendment in Notification No. 330/2020/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-13 dated the 20th May, 2020 - 134526/2023/02(120)/XXVII(8)/2023/CT-10 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 134526/2023/02(120)/XXVII(8)/2023/CT-10, dated July 21, 2023. Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest ; Now Therefore, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, Finance section-8, No. 330/2020/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-13 dated the 20th May, 2020, namely : In the said notification. in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of August, 2023, for the words ten crore rupees , the words five crore rupees shall be substituted.
