Seeks to rescind Notification No. 30/2023- State Tax, dated the 22nd August, 2023 - 03/2024-State Tax - Maharashtra SGST

NOTIFICATION Notification No. 03/2024 State Tax Maharashtra Goods And Services Tax Act, 2017. No. GST.1024/C.R.9/Taxation-1 . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, (Mah. XLIII of 2017), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Maharashtra, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the Government Notification of Finance Department No. 30/2023- State Tax, dated the 22nd August, 2023 published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part IV-B, Extra-ordinary No. 319, dated the 22nd August, 2023, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
