No.(GHN-45)GST-2021/S.1(14)TH :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Guj.29 of 2019), the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints and shall deemed to have been appointed the 17th day of December, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of section 13 of the said Act shall have come into force.
