Seeks to bring in force provision of section 6 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 - 16/2021-State Tax - Gujarat SGST

Notification No. 16/2021-State Tax GUJARAT GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 No. (GHN-84)GST-2021/S.1(15)TH :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Guj.21 of 2021) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints the 1 st day of October, 2021, as the date on which the provision of section 6 of the said Act shall come into force.
