Amendment in Notification No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2020(Part-II), dated the 20th May, 2020 - F.1-11 (91)-TAX/GST/2023(Part) - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) No. F.1-11 (91)-TAX/GST/2023(Part), dated May 15, 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Finance Department, No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2020(Part-II), dated the 20th May, 2020 published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 1211, dated 20th May, 2020, namely : In the said notification. in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of August, 2023, for the words ten crore rupees , the words five crore rupees shall be substituted. Note : The principal Notification No. F. 1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2020(Part-II), dated the 20th May, 2020 was published in the Tripura Gazette. Extraordinary Issue. vide number 1211, dated the 20th May, 2020 and was last amended vide Notification No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2022(Part-I), dated the 5th August, 2022, published vide number 1388, dated the 6th August, 2022.
