Amendment in Notification G.O. Ms. No. 54, dated the 13th March, 2024 - G.O. Ms. No. 2 - Puducherry SGST

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT (G.O. Ms. No. 2, Puducherry, dated 20th April 2024) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of Puducherry, issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 54, dated the 13 th March, 2024 published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, No. 33, dated the 20th March, 2024, namely:- In the said notification, in para 4, for the words and letters 1st day of April, 2024 , the words and letters 15th day of May, 2024 shall be substituted. 2.
