In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023 (18 of 2023), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, the Central Government hereby appoints the 13th day of August, 2024 as the date on which the amendments to the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) as specified in column (5) against serial number 34 of the Schedule to the said Act, shall come into force.
