Amendment in Notification No. 52/2018-State Tax, dated the 4th October, 2018 - 15/2024-State Tax - Mizoram SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT No.J.21011/7/2023-TAX NOTIFICATION NO. 15/2024-State Tax Aizawl, the 21 st August, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 52 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department No. 52/2018-State Tax, dated the 4th October, 2018 issued vide file number No.J.21011/1/2018-TAX/Pt, namely:- In the said notification, for the words half per cent. , the figure and word 0.25 per cent. shall be substituted. 2.
