Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 147, Dated 7th September, 2017 - S.O. 452 - Bihar SGST

COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 3rd October 2024 S.O. 452, Dated 3rd October 2024 . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (as amended from time to time), the Governor of Bihar, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. S.O. 147, Dated 7th September, 2017, namely:- (i). for S.No. 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :- 3 Natural Gas (Other than those covered by entries 3A and 3B) 20.00 - (ii). After S.No. 3 and the entries related thereto, the following serial number, entries and explanation shall be inserted, namely:- 3A Natural Gas (CNG and domestic and commercial sale of PNG) 12.50 In case of sale by an authorised CGD entity through CGD network up to 50,000 SCMD per customer per day 3B Natural Gas (Sale of PNG through Industrial Connection to Industrial units manufacturing of goods) 5.00 In case of sale by an authorised CGD entity through CGD network up to 50,000 SCMD per customer per day Explanation:- (1) 'authorized CGD entity' and 'CGD network' shall mean 'authorized entity' and 'CGD network' as defined by Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board. 2. This notification shall come into force from the next day of its issuance.
